Messaging terms

Zeoleads SMS Program

Customer-care messaging information for direct communications from Zeoleads, a product of Zeo Platforms, Inc.

Important distinction: This page describes SMS sent directly by Zeoleads. When an HVAC company uses Zeoleads to message its own consumers, that HVAC company is the consumer-facing sender and operates its own messaging program.

How you opt in

You may opt in to receive direct customer-care messages from Zeoleads by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on an applicable Zeoleads form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What messages may include

Messages may relate to your Zeoleads inquiry, account, onboarding, support request, or use of the service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@zeoleads.com. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
